"Oracle careers"

I am thinking about creating a website, for all those who are taking their OCP exams. A site like braindumps, if you think this is a good idea or would like to help please email me.

The Beginning of Oracle:

Oracle the world's second largest software company in the world, second to Microsoft. Larry Ellison founded Oracle in 1977, located in the Silicon Valley. Oracle is the number one database application vendor, exceeding Microsoft in database development. In the early 1970's there where no such thing as a Relation Database Management System, although database have been around for quite sometime, companies were using what is call a flat file system. With the introduction of RDBMS the database world would be change for every! There are many other databases companies, but Oracle is number ONE. News about being number ONE

Oracle today is a steamroller of ambition, their sells have skyrocketed, supply and demand for consultants are outrageous. Considering the life history of Oracle, which hasnt been long, begin an Oracle DBA or Developer is not a bad gig! Looking at the current state of the IT shortage, most Oracle DBA's are being recruited at a rate of $85.00 an hour and companies are willing to pay top dollars, simple because there just isnt enough experience Oracle people out in the IT world. Not to mention that Oracle is the leader in RDBMS
Back in 1977 when Oracle was a new an upcoming product, to acquire a job in the field did not require much effort, in most cases someone was selected to maintain the new database and would receive on the job training. As time continue to drive to the present day, Certification and formal training classes where developed. Today there are special Schools that will training & certify you for a price, also University are teaching Relation Databases like WSU Continuing Edu. Certification are administratored by Oracle themsevles and Oracle Press also have released some very good Study Guides.
Oracle The Empire Today,Tommorrow........ Oracle today is making changes in the way they do business and winning the hearts of users and companies around the world. The better and newer Oracle 8.0 allows for more user control in how data is control, like partitioning of tablespaces and etc...... Oracle is also working extensively on web intergeneration with its applications; Oracle would like to have all database in real-time mode otherwise known as online transaction. Oracle also has made some big move in the Data Warehousing areas too, with bigger disk arrays due to bigger hard drives on the market. I see Oracle of tomorrow as a part of everyday life if you see it or not. Most companies today use Oracle, tomorrow they will continue to use Oracle, and as Oracle grows so will are dependent on Oracle. Oracle will be around for a long time and I tend to be part of the Oracle Professional working with cutting edge database technology! I think in the future everything will be going the way of the Information Super Highway and Oracle will be in the front lines make most if not all of this happen. The backbone of the Highway could very well be Oracle; Oracle is powerful enough to handle information in mass amounts like the Information Highway.
